The Queensland Government has announced a COVID-19 Lockdown for the Greater Brisbane region from 5pm, Monday 29 March 2021. The Australian Dental Association has advised us to move to Level 3 Dental Restrictions.

We are suspending all routine dental treatments. We remain open for dental emergencies in line with the restriction guidelines. If you need our services in the next couple of days, there are a few small things that we all will need to do differently. We ask our patients to wear a mask whilst not having active treatment. We ask that only the person with the appointment come into the practice.

If you are experiencing any cold- or flu-like symptoms we cannot complete your treatment at this time. We strongly recommended you be tested for COVID-19. If you have been around any of the contract tracing locations, we ask that you contact our reception staff and rearrange your appointment and get tested. You can call us or drop us an email.

Our staff continue to maintain the highest standards of infection control, with additional environmental cleaning as part of our COVIDSafe Plan.

The safety of our patients and staff remains paramount at this time. If you have a question, reach out to our dentists in Springfield as soon as possible

Important Update: Clinic Closed on March 6 & 7

We will be closed on Thursday, 6th March and Friday, 7th March due the impending effects of TC Alfred. We are continuing to monitor Government advice, and will update affected patient appointments accordingly for any necessary rescheduling into the early part of next week depending on TC Alfred’s outcome.

Like all businesses, our priority is the safety of both our staff and patients during what seems to be shaping up to be very challenging few days.
