Dr Bryan Dubbeldam graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree in 1993. During the final years of his study, he successfully applied to join the Royal Australian Air Force. During his Air Force career he served on a number of RAAF Bases, in both dental officer and other roles. In 2003 he deployed to East Timor with the United Nations for six months as the Officer Commanding – Health Supplementation Team. His last role in the Permanent Air Force was as Air Force’s most senior Dental Officer. He remains a member of the Air Force Specialist Reserve, with a military career now spanning over 25 years.
In 2008 Dr Dubbeldam left the RAAF and established Orion Dental Centre to return to clinical dentistry. He is an experienced dentist, and retains a passion for his profession. He enjoys the challenges of endodontic and restorative dentistry. Dr Dubbeldam is a member of the Vardiman Dental Study Club which meets regularly to discuss current developments within the profession, as well as the Australian Dental Association.
Dr Dubbeldam is married to Lisa, and they have two school age children. As many parents will understand, this means that the Dubbeldam Taxi Service is in high demand.
