One of the most common questions patients ask is, “How much will my appointment cost?” The answer depends on the treatment you need, and while exact costs cannot always be confirmed beforehand, we always aim to provide an estimate on the day of your visit.

Flexible Ways to Pay

Accounts are settled on the day of treatment, and multiple payment methods are available for your convenience. You can pay using:

  • Cash
  • EFTPOS
  • Visa and MasterCard
  • Cheque (by prior arrangement)

We also process instant claims through HICAPS for most private health funds, making it easier to claim your rebate straight away.

Rebates vary depending on your health fund and level of cover, so it is important to check directly with your insurer if you would like to confirm before your visit. Our team can also process most claims instantly at the clinic.

Important Update: Clinic Closed on March 6 & 7

We will be closed on Thursday, 6th March and Friday, 7th March due the impending effects of TC Alfred. We are continuing to monitor Government advice, and will update affected patient appointments accordingly for any necessary rescheduling into the early part of next week depending on TC Alfred’s outcome.
